Registration
Can I enrol in a course now?
The programs listed are proposed and registration has not opened yet. Register interest and we will tell you the date, fees and certificate details before registration opens.
Does registering interest commit me to pay?
No. Registering interest only means we contact you when registration opens.
Do you run programs for organisations?
Yes. We design the program around the organisation's goal and its team's needs. Request a consultation or quote from the consultation page.
Certificates and accreditation
Is EDUNEX an accreditation body?
No. We issue the EDUNEX certificate and joint certificates with our partners, and work with partner accreditation bodies that award their own certificates on some programs.
Who issues the certificate?
It depends on the program: EDUNEX alone, EDUNEX together with a partner in a joint certificate, or a partner accreditation body under its own rules. We state which, and name the partner, before registration opens.
How do I verify a certificate?
For an EDUNEX or joint certificate, scan the QR code or type the serial number on the verification page to see the name, program and date. A partner accreditation body’s certificate is checked with that body.
Fees and payment
How much do courses cost?
Fees have not been announced yet. Each program's fee is announced when its registration opens, and sent to those who registered interest.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We announce payment methods when registration opens. Nobody should ask you to pay in EDUNEX's name before then.
How training runs
Is training in person or online?
Both, depending on the program. Each program page says which.
Which language are programs taught in?
Arabic or English, depending on the program.
Translation
Which languages do you translate between?
Arabic and English. For any other language, ask us about your request.
Is the translation accepted by official bodies?
That depends on the receiving body and the document. Tell us the body when you ask, and we will tell you what we can provide before starting.
